 Job Description – Christmas Trees


Customer service representative needed – short term, home based.

£12 per hour, approximately 30 hours per week – starting asap, running until 21st December.

A customer service representative is needed for the festive season to handle customer queries through the phone and through email/ chat, following up with couriers, troubleshooting etc. Training will be provided.

The role is entirely home based and the hours will run from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.


  • Answering customer service calls
  • Answering emails in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Answering chat requests
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Answering product questions
  • Troubleshooting


  • Must have excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with Excel useful
